Website Process

The life cycle for creating your website has six phases; Discovery, Wireframe, Design, Development, Launch and Hosting.  Each step is crucial in developing a website which clearly communicates your core messages and functions appropriately with your technical needs.  The progression of the lifecycle allows for the details to properly be scoped in the beginning, ensuring a robust website.  The Website Process creates a clear picture of what your new website needs.

Discovery

The Discovery Process is the most important step in the Website Process.  From the Discovery a road map is created, directing the entirety of the project.  Your website is only a tool for your organization.  To create an effective website you need to understand the who, what, why and how behind your website.  A Website Requirements document is generated at the end of the Discovery, which becomes the roadmap for your new website.  This document will ensure that everything you need is Scoped into the website.  From this document the Quote can be generated accurately.

Stay the Course

It is our passion to create the perfect website for your organization.  To do this effectively we have set these processes in place.  When a step is skipped or breezed over it can cause Out-of-Scope needs to occur during Development.  These Out-of-Scope needs are not a part of the original Quote and will require Change Orders.  To avoid this we highly recommend you invest the time and resources into the Website Process presented above.
