This logo grabbed me because of how the letters flow together.  I am not such a fan of the text underneath because it takes away from the balance.  It is a good example how simple designs can work.  Some times small businesses try to cram as much as possible into their logo.  While it is important to communicate who you are, it is important to keep it simple and memorable.
