There are a couple things going on with this business card and all of them work together in balance to accomplish a balanced feel.  The but-out, rounded edges, semi-glos, and  spot-uv all work in unison.  The only downside to this amazing design would be the cost.  This is not a cheap solution, but worth it if you can invest the money.
